At SOVERE / STUDIO, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or refund on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all SOVERE / STUDIO tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your package at any authorized postal service location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
